Where do I even begin with this one!? So I was messing around with the missions in the campaign and tried to find ways of skipping missions using the pause speed glitch and cause the game to crash and load the last victory to skip the mission. While I didn't get the skip, I discovered something else that ended up massively breaking my previous record for this mission. The way this works is for the mech to collide and get stuck on something, and then pause the game during a point the speedometer increases speed. If the player times it right, the speedometer will rapidly increase until it overloads and goes to the negatives and resets to zero, so the player has a small window of time to do this. This is only viable for this mission because of the sheer size, the openness, and the building positioning of the area. I use the glitch to reach the power converter, I end up crashing into a building on the way, but that's an extremely small consequence given how fast I got there. I inspect the power converter while doing some damage to it, ensuring I blow it up as I align myself to Nav Delta and plow through the power converter, blowing it up in the process by using the pause speed glitch, feathering my jets along the way and making sure to stop close to the nav point so I don't go out of bounds and fail the mission. Even though every objective succeeds, the mission can still fail if I rocket too far. For an individual level run, it's of no consequence, but if someone is crazy enough to try this on a full run, that's not an option.
