My setup:
I played on PC (keyboard) GOG edition using default settings. No external macros/hacks/cheats etc used.
I recorded with OBS Studio’s “window capture” feature.

Run conditions:
I'm using the in-game level timers (the message that pops up after you complete a level) to determine the actual game time. This means that the speedrun ends when the final message "VIRUS DESTROYED" pops up. All 19 level messages combined sets the final run time.
