This run was incredible in terms of RNG, this can probably get a sub 22 time but that would need REALLY insane RNG.

Timing should end after the last Panic mode by the way (After Jennifer's portrait stops flashing), because you lose control of Jennifer at that point.

Would like to thank SDA staff for maintaining this site, you guys are awesome. Also want to thank The Thrillness for doing his H ending run, if I hadn't seen that run I wouldn't have known about this game and wanted to do an S ending run. I also would like to curse him for the same reasons above as this game is so RNG heavy in the first half it isn't funny.

This is a speed-run of the best ending in the game, the S ending. What this involves is watching only 2 of your friends die, Lotte and either Laura or Ann, freeing the crows in the crow room, and coming across the secret prison inside the house.

Onto the run now:

There's a reset point only 30 seconds into the run, the box I check in the living room. There can be a key to the west wing either here or in a nest later on, I've decided to reset over it because it's only 30 seconds in and this isn't that long of a run.

I choose to kill off Ann instead of Laura because Ann's ceiling death is MUCH faster than Laura's bathroom death (I've estimated it to be like 30 seconds), Bobby skip is easy enough just as long as you click on the stairs.

Oh and annoying camera glitch, don't feel like exploring how this works because it's not that much of a time waster.

Phone Room can either be on the top or on bottom, bottom is good and top is reset, obviously I got bottom. No cutscene in here so run is still alive.

There is a bit of a route change compared to my older runs though, when I was doing those runs I didn't know that there was a black cloak in the wardrobe in the phone room. This saves a good 30 or 40 seconds just because of how long it takes to get the cloak in the other room.

Ended up having to get the scepter in this run, not as good as getting the statue but which item I get is RNG determined and isn't that big of a time loss anyway.

First room I enter is the bathroom, hate random rooms so much...

Doll animation skip went perfectly, sometimes the doll can just not go after you and waste a lot of time.

Found the piano room first try and crow room second try, I had a run before this attempt be a minute ahead but because I didn't check the room on the far right it ended up only PB'ing by 2 seconds. This time around I checked the room on the far right and only lost about 20 seconds. I was still 40 seconds ahead of my splits afterwards so I kept on going.

I also want to take a second to say that I hate the mashing fest that is the Dan "fight", if I ever get my hands on the PSX remake of this game I will surely run it if only because they shortened the length of this panic mode.

Final time after the last panic mode is 21:35, which while improvable, makes me happy enough to submit this run and be done with this damn game.
