This is a single-segment run of «The Marionette» done in 3 minutes and 12 seconds. Run starts when mouse pointer appear, run ends when you stab the girl with a knife. The run is pretty straightforward. The only place (I can think of) where you can save time is the ending choice. According to a walkthrough by Chief there are 4 endings and 2 of them can be obtained in multiple ways. I chose Eshana's death (by knife) ending because its least demanding in terms of collecting required items — you only need a knife, and you don't have to wait (say nothing to Eshana option) or waste time talking to her.
