This is a 5:07 any% run using the newest route (which has changed quite a bit from the run currently on SDA), without developer console deathwarps and without artificial lag. Using the console for the deathwarps would save about 10 seconds and there's a TAS-only trick to that can save 20ish seconds but other than that this is a reasonably well-executed run roughly equivalent to a 4:57 under the "normal" (non-SDA legal) rules for the game.
