First of all, thanks to quadrazid for the script that allowed me to record a demo for each map in this run, as recording a single demo throughout the run with WON doesn't work due to the game crashing in playback when there is a map change.

I should also give a shoutout to all the other GoldSRC guys over at SourceRuns for helping me get into running as without their assistance I would have absolutely no clue with regards to the more technical stuff.

Finally, there were two primary runs that I used as a reference/guide for this run. Those were exec's segmented run w/ scripts, and Jeremy Geels' scriptless single segment run.

The full time of this run (from beginning to radio activation) according to Sony Vegas is 09:19.67.

This is the best time I've managed to achieve over a pretty large amount of attempts. It beats any other time I've had significantly and I haven't been able to even come close to this time since achieving it, let alone improve it. Saying that, it can be improved by at least a few seconds due to some minor mistakes throughout the run.

The reason I am able to escape the freeze trigger that normally occurs during the drill instructor's speech is due to loading the map twice, which seems to break the trigger. Although this can be done by saving and loading at the start, I wanted this run to be a legit SS without resets/loads, so in the script, the reset bind utilizes the 'map' command instead of the 'load' command to reload the map, in which the timer then begins AFTER the map is loaded, enabling me to walk freely throughout the fade-in without resetting/loading mid-run.

Other than that, there's not much else to mention, this training course isn't as entertaining for a run as the classic HL hazard course due to the lack of tricks/exploits available in comparison, but it's still fun to bunnyhop through obstacles and annoy the instructors, lol.

The version of the game is WON 1.1.0.7, which is the latest version that still has uncapped bunnyhop speed. You can tell that I'm not using a script to
bunnyhop as you'll notice the imperfections in jump timing through listening to the foot step sounds. When using a script, only one footstep sound usually occurs,
but when bhopping without, it is very hard to have perfect timing, so you'll notice the extra footsteps in between jumps.

The timing ends once the radio is activated since this is the last thing you actually have to do in the course, the rest is just the instructor speaking until the
game fades to black.
