Trilby: The Art of Theft is a 2D stealth adventure game by Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw, where in 1991's fictional Chapow City, you play as Trilby, the cat burglar, and you try to steal as many loot as possible as well as fight against "The Company". Not going to tell you everything and every route, but, here is the list of perks you have to buy and WHEN to buy them. After heist one - Roll (you should have exactly 300 to buy it) After heist two - Locksmith lvl.2 After heist three - Reasonable Doubt (very handy) After heist four - Locksmith lvl.3 (necessary for the next heist) After heist five - Sidle AND Sugar Rush After heist six - Bargain Hunter After heist oneV2 - Forgetfulness (haven't tried) or Gecko Hold (haven't tried), maybe Flit (because you don't really need those) First heist, meh, second great, third....could be better, fourth good, fifth....I don't know, sixth is fine and seventh BARELY. The last heist is the hardest, because getting both trilby ranks on time and money is really, REALLY like Dark Souls. Managed to get it on the 4th try and it was totally like the 50th recording. How to cut electrics like a master: Heist 1: RED Heist 2: don't need to, but GREEN Heist 3: RED (pro tip: ROOMS 2 AND 6 are always EMPTY, LOOT THEM :) ) Heist 4: (from top to bottom) GREEN, BLUE Heist 5: (from left to right) GREEN, RED, BLUE (pro tip: go to the right first) Heist 6: (from top to bottom) BLUE, RED, GREEN (pro tip: prepare to be good at maths :P ) Heist 7: Nothing important, just cut RED and GREEN to open the cell AND the exit GENERAL PRO TIP: git gud, and pray to the RNGsus This game requires patience, good memory, a bit of luck and a lot of hair lost/turned grey. And even then, I did not get a perfect run. But it's a run.
